What Is The Quails’ Gate Cellar Dinner?
The Cellar Dinner is an exclusive experience for those looking to indulge during your ski vacation at Big White Ski Resort. Jointly hosted by Quails’ Gate, Kelowna Concierge and Luxury Mountain Vacation Rentals, we’ve planned a luxurious and relaxing evening for you and your guests to enjoy delicious food and wine.

The evening begins with a wine-tasting reception, followed by a delectable 4-course wine-paired dinner in the Stewart Family Room, expertly prepared by the Old Vines Restaurant culinary team. This wine-fuelled experience promises to awaken your senses.
For your convenience, seamless transportation is provided with shuttles departing from Luxury Mountain Vacation Rental properties around 3:30 PM, guaranteeing a trouble-free return to Big White by approximately 8:30 PM.”

When Is The Quails’ Gate Cellar Dinner?
Our Cellar Dinner with Quails’ Gate and Kelowna Concierge takes place for one night only on March 18th, in the evening. Here are the details for the evening*:
- 4:30 pm to 5 pm: Wine Tasting Welcome Reception (Depending on the time of arrival)
- 5 pm to 7 pm/7:30 pm: 4-Course Wine Paired Meal
Transportation to and from Big White Ski Resort will be organized for around 3:30 pm pickup at the resort, and 7:30 pm departure back to the resort from Old Vines Restaurant.
*These time frames are approximate – precise times may change closer to the evening, and will be communicated with those joining us for the evening.
Where Is The Quails’ Gate Cellar Dinner? Will There Be Transportation?
Taking place at Quails’ Gate Winery’s Old Vines Restaurant, you can relish the spectacular views of the stunning vineyard and lake the Okanagan restaurant is known for.
Approximately a 1-hour drive from Big White, all transportation for the evening will be taken care of by Kelowna Concierge and is included in your ticket price. Here to make your evening convenient, we want to make sure you can enjoy this exclusive event stress-free! Transportation will be arranged closer to the evening.
Pickup times from Big White to the restaurant will be around 3:30 pm with arrival around 4:30 pm, and pickup times from Old Vines Restaurant back to the resort will be around 7:30 pm with arrival around 8:30 pm.
How Much Is The Cellar Dinner? How Do I Reserve My Seats?
The Cellar Dinner tickets come to a total of 250$ per person ($61.50 transport + $155 tax & gratuity). Your ticket includes all the wine tastings and pairings, gourmet food and transportation to and from the event. Seats are limited, as we’ll only be able to accommodate 25 guests total for this exclusive evening, so book your spots quickly!
