Throughout the season we host a ton of staff events, including a truly Canadian experience of harvesting a Christmas tree and tree decoration staff party, a day trip to Apex Ski Resort, team scavenger hunt on the mountain, night tubing & ice skating staff events, ski touring the resort with the boss to show you the coolest spots, a few hosted LMVR staff parties, trips to town for nights out bowling or going to a hockey game, end of season rock climbing, wine & beer tasting and celebratory dinner to wrap up the season. Did I mention we pay for your season’s pass? We take great pride in ensuring our staff have an amazing experience for their season here at Big White. No other employer even comes close! Oh, in the 2024-2025 season 9 of our staff (around 75%!) hit the coveted 100 days of skiing/boarding in a season! We work hard, play hard and reward you for your being part of our team. We are looking for experienced housekeeping candidates with 2+ years of experience in hotels, resorts, and/or vacation rentals. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
Please note that we are only considering applicants who meet the minimum housekeeping experience requirement. If you do not have at least 2 years of relevant housekeeping experience, please do not apply at this time.
We are not actively hiring yet, but we are starting to collect interest from candidates who may want to join our team for the upcoming season.

“I’ve had a great time working for LMVR the last season. They were very welcoming to me and I instantly felt welcomed into the team. The workload is easily manageable and you still have time to ski/ board every day (as long as you don’t mind early starts!)
They train you well and I found the job easy and enjoyable once I got into the swing of things. But the real benefit of the job is all of the food and drink you get to keep, I barely had to shop all season!
Big white and LMVR felt like a home away from home and if I ever want to do another season they will be the first company I ask for a job.”
