He has worked in some of the world’s top restaurants including the 2 Michelin star “The Jane” in Antwerp, Belgium, which is rated 30th in the world.
He is currently the culinary director of two restaurants, and loves to have the opportunity to cook for small groups and showcase his talents. Alex is highly educated in wine and specializes in articulate and beautiful food and wine dinners.
Alex is a renowned local chef with a passion for bright, fresh flavors. You can find citrus, beautiful acidity and clean plating in all his food.
Every menu he makes is customized for your group, ensuring a superb experience you’ll remember. You can expect fresh seafood, high quality ingredients and premium cuts of beef.
