Entry level has a tasteful Queen bedroom, and a full bathroom including a bathtub. There is also the secure, attached garage with parking for 1 vehicle and ski storage. Second floor has more sleeping areas. The ample Master bedroom (King bed) with Fireplace, TV, 3 piece ensuite and access to the hot tub on the deck. The 2 Bunk rooms each include a single over double bunk bed and access to the main bathroom with steam shower. The laundry facilities are also on this floor.Top level boasts 800 square feet of the living area. The Spacious Open Floor concept has the kitchen centered between the living and dining room areas. The dining area is at the rear . The living room is located in the front with views to the south. Powder room is adjacent to the dining room.

Our Chalet is in a perfect location for access to ALL resort amenities. Just steps to the Happy Valley Adventure Area and Lodge, the huge outdoor skating area, tube runs and x-country ski trails. A 5-minute ride up the Gondola will take you to the village centre, lifts, restaurants shopping and Kids Centre. Ski in at day’s end over the Skiers Bridge right to the door.

Refunds processed will be subject to a $50 administration fee as well as a 3% credit card processing fee which will be deducted from the balance repaid. This does not include any fees that may be charged by AlluraDirect. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbours
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area.
Hot Tub Please treat Hot Tub usage with respect.
Housekeeping Cleaning after departure is included. Guests staying 10 to 20 nights receive a complimentary change of towels and bed sheets mid way thru the stay. Guests staying 21 nights or more receive a complimentary change of towels and bed sheets every 7th day. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee.
Internet Availability & Usage Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Big White Ski Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies In resort support provided. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 10 people. Additional persons will result in immediate eviction
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.
Noise Restrictions Quiet time is 11:00 pm to 7:00am. Guests may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for any damages resulting form the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area can be used after 11 pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11 pm out of respect for our neighboring families.
Parking & Ticketing Parking information will be provided in your check-in and arrival instructions email. We are not liable for any parking tickets or towing fees you may incur.
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes up to a $2,000.00 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning This property is legally zoned for either short term, or long term, rental accommodation use.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Secure equipment storage is available in garage. Please do not bring equipment into the house.
Terms of Eviction The following conditions and circumstances will result in eviction from our property: smoking, excessive noise, pets, more overnight guests. You will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace.

This was our second trip to The edge. It's a great and the best accommodation on the mountain. It's fully stocked and great management team, they check in and are very responsive the few times we needed them (or bbq propane ran out, they Had a new one dropped offf and installed in 20 min)...we bbq a lot. We will be an again next year!

Our team is comprised of other small business such as: Pure White Cleaners, Snowy Nights Hot Tubs, Billy’s Waterworks, and many others. We support other local businesses by hiring the best talent on the mountain to service our owners' and guests' needs. We are a locally owned and operated on-mountain business. The business is owned and operated by Sean & Lana Richardson, long time residents of Big White. We are avid skiers, world travellers and adventure seekers. As such, we understand the needs of our guests and ensure their ski vacations are memorable ones.
