The main entrance is on the ground floor with elevator access within unit.
Entry level has attached vehicle garage, guest bathroom with washer/dryer, media room with 60″ TV. Private elevator access to the second and third levels.
Taking the stairs or the elevator, the Second level has 3 spacious separate sleeping areas, the games room with pool table. a deck off the 2 front bedrooms and a 40″ TV in the back bunk room.
The 1325 square foot Third level is the main living area. Boasting 26 foot vaulted ceilings, massive windows and contemporary décor. The central kitchen, opens onto the dining and living room with a 50″ UHDTV soundbar for your entainternment needs. There is also a powder room is located beside the elevator adjacent to the kitchen. Access to side deck and step directly onto the ski run ! The Master bedroom with King bed, 40″ TV and full bathroom including soaker tub and separate shower, is located beyond the kitchen with access to cozy private deck.
Fourth level is the spectacular Grand Master bedroom with King bed , Fireplace, 40″ TV, walk in closet, glass enclosure overlooking the third level and views of the mountains. The ensuite bathroom has heated floors and towel bars and a large steam shower.

We are in the perfect location for access to ALL resort amenities. Step out the back door onto the ski run.
Just steps to the Happy Valley Adventure Area and Lodge, the huge outdoor skating area, tube runs and x-country ski trails. A 5-minute ride up the Gondola will take you to the village centre, lifts, restaurants shopping and Kids Centre. Ski in at day’s end over the Skiers Bridge and down Happy Valley Way right to the back door!

Complaints Concerning PropertyReport all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning CostsStandard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.
Excessive NoiseComplaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbors
HousekeepingCleaning after departure is included. Guests staying 10 to 20 nights receive a complimentary change of towels and bed sheets mid way thru the stay. Guests staying 21 nights or more receive a complimentary change of towels and bed sheets every 7th day.
Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee.
Internet Availability & UsageWireless internet access is provided by a third party. We cannot be held responsible if there is a lack of or quality of service at any time.
LiabilityWe are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Big White Ski Resort.
Maintenance EmergenciesIn resort support provided. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity17 people. Additional persons will result in immediate eviction
Noise RestrictionsQuiet time is 11:00pm to 7:00am. Guests may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for any damages resulting form the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area may be used after 11:00pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11:00pm out of respect for our neighboring guests.
Policy UpdatesPolicies are subject to change without notice, however guests will be notified via e-mail of changes prior to their arrival.
Property DamageGuest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes up to a $2,000.00 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.

Terms of EvictionThe following conditions and circumstances will result in eviction from our property: smoking, excessive noise, common and private property damage, pets, more overnight guests than permitted by owner. You will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace.
Reservation GuaranteeIf a situation arises that is out of our control, we will find you another suitable arrangement. If we fail to successfully relocate you, you will receive a full refund. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.

My only complaint would have been that the place could have been a little cleaner upon check in. Toilet paper on the ground in washrooms and empty beer bottles.. not a big deal. other than that it was great and I would rent this place again. Cheers.

Big White Winter Rally 2016

The Edge was a great venue for our weekend. We were up for the Big White Rally. The snow was great, access to the ski hill and all the resort amenities was easy and quick to get to. We barely had to use our vehicle once we were there. All the staff at the resort were friendly and helpful. We were there in pre season so most of the shops closed early and make sure to gas up before you head up to the resort as there are no gas stations once you leave Kelowna.

Great beautiful property to stay in, easy access to the village from the gondola, the back entrance was alongside the Happy Valley way trail . Kids as well as adults really had a great time here. Kids enjoyed the hillside along the house, sliding down till dark. My first experience in Big White and after a lot of research looking for a place to stay in, we made the right choice! Can't wait to come back.
